Each National Ski Association has to announce to the organisers the expected total number of team members (competitors, coaches, accompanying people and service personnel) five (5) weeks before the first event via the FIS entry system. Final entry deadline is 13 November 20265.

The organisers must be informed at latest seven (7) days before the first official training about the names of the team members, possible changes to the arrival date and the originally registered size of team (incl. officials and service personnel), as well as a possible withdrawal from the event. If this is not done, the organisers will invoice the costs incurred for cancelled accommodation (art. 4) to the National Association concerned. Final entries need to be submitted via the FIS entry system. Final entry deadline is 11 December 2026.

The organizers are only allowed to accept entries submitted within the communicated deadlines and through the FIS online entry system.

With the accreditation card, teams and officials can access the locations assigned to them. The accreditation card also includes the ski pass for the mountain railways on Corviglia during the event. The accreditation card entitles the holder to access the team hospitality. Accreditation cards will be handed out at the race office upon arrival.

To access the course, everybody needs a Course Access (including athletes); FIS seasonal accreditations are no longer valid to access the course.

Course Access will be decided by the Chief Race Director, and they will be handed out upon arrival.

Attendance at medical meetings is mandatory for National Ski Associations. Information regarding date and time of the first medical meeting will be communicated at the first Team Captains' Meeting.

The main parking area for teams is at Signal gondola bottom station. Parking access cards will be distributed at the Race Office upon arrival and according to team size.

In addition, there is very limited parking space in the finish area, up on the mountain. Parking permits, and additional drop-off permits, will be handed out at the Race Office upon arrival and according to team size.

There will be no public bib draw for the Super G race 1. Full draw will be done at the Team Captains' Meeting on Thursday.

Detailed information about the ceremonies will be provided at the Team Captains Meeting. The public bib draws and the award ceremony in the evening will take place in the pedestrian zone of St. Moritz Dorf, on the stage in front of the Hotel Hauser.

High Altitude Training Base St. Moritz

St. Moritz is the official Swiss Olympic High Altitude Training Base, situated at 1,856 meters above sea level, providing an ideal altitude for training. The center offers free training opportunities for elite athletes. The availability of the Gym at the Ludains ice rink can be checked via the website. For bookings please note that a registration at least two days before your arrival in St. Moritz via the webpage of the High Altitude Training is mandatory. 

Accreditations for the Ludains gym can be picked up directly at the ticket counter of the Ludains Ice Arena at Via Ludains 5, 7500 St. Moritz. The counter is open from Monday to Friday, from 09.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. and from 02.00 p.m. to 05.00 p.m.
